New development of 10 detached luxury villas for national housebuilder on coastal site near Lytham in Lancashire, providing luxury dwellings with spectacular estuary views.
The houses incorporated a shared reinforced concrete retaining wall to facilitate split level accommodation to suit site levels. The front elevation of the buildings was 3 storeys, with height reduced to 2 storeys to the rear. The design incorporated large full height glazed elevations, and roof level accommodation to take advantage of views.
